Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all clients and maintain scheduling availability, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
* Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur a fee.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service cost to the Credit Card on file. If no Credit Card is on file a 30% rebooking fee will be charged prior to rebooking.
* No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
* Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
